The product
CopyForge generates website copy for local service businesses using AI. You purchase a copy package, fill out a form with business details, and receive generated text immediately after payment. The output is delivered digitally and is accessible for 7 days via the success page URL.
What you're buying
Each purchase generates one output based on the form data you provide. There are no revisions, iterations, or follow-up deliverables included. The copy is AI-generated — it is a starting point, not a final product. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the output before publishing.
Ownership of generated copy
The generated copy is yours to use however you want — on client websites, in proposals, for internal drafts. There are no usage restrictions, royalties, or attribution requirements. CopyForge does not retain any rights to the generated output.
Refund policy
If generation fails due to a technical error on our end, you will be automatically refunded. If you are unsatisfied with the output for any reason, email chris@kingsolutionsmo.com with your receipt within 7 days of purchase. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and typically respond within 24 hours.
Acceptable use
You agree to use CopyForge only for legitimate, legal businesses. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the form. CopyForge reserves the right to refuse generation for any submission that violates these terms, and any associated payment will be refunded automatically.
Accuracy of output
AI-generated copy may contain inaccuracies, generic statements, or invented details (such as illustrative statistics or example testimonials). You are responsible for reviewing the output and replacing any placeholder content with accurate information before publishing. CopyForge is not liable for any errors in the generated content.
Limitation of liability
CopyForge is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the fitness of the generated copy for any particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.
