Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use CopyForge, we collect the business information you enter in the form: business name, type, location, services, differentiators, tone preference, and target customer. This data is used solely to generate your copy.

We also collect payment information through Stripe. CopyForge does not store your card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your form data is temporarily stored in Stripe's payment metadata to associate your copy with your purchase.

How we use your data

Your form data is sent to the Claude API (operated by Anthropic) to generate your copy. It is used for no other purpose. We do not use your data to train AI models, run ads, or share it with third parties.

Generated copy is stored in Vercel Blob storage for 7 days so you can revisit your output. After 7 days, access expires (though the underlying file may remain in storage until manually cleared).

Third-party services

• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — Copy generation. Your form data is sent to Anthropic to generate results.
• Vercel — Hosting and blob storage. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

CopyForge does not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels. Session data (your form entries between steps) is stored in your browser's sessionStorage and is never sent to our servers beyond the API call.

Data retention

Generated copy outputs are accessible for 7 days. Stripe retains payment records per their own policies. We do not maintain a user database — there are no accounts and no login system.
